Placitas Artists Series is a volunteer-supported organization, with an active board of directors, and a group of dedicated volunteers. Volunteers provide support to concerts and art exhibits, serve as ushers at concerts, work in committee to choose future performances, support art exhibits and exhibit hangings, assist with fundraising, set up special events, and so much more. Board members serve as organization leadership in the areas of musical programming, visual arts, publicity and marketing, house management, information technology, and the executive functions of president, vice president, secretary and treasurer.
