How to Support PAS

The presentation of excellent music is an expensive undertaking, and the income from ticket sales covers less than half of the cost of a concert series. PAS relies on the generosity of the community to remain a viable organization. Charitable support in all forms, including private donations, grants, and advertising, are more important than ever as the costs to support musicians and our chamber music venue continue to rise. PAS is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations to PAS are tax-deductible. Each concert season, gener- ous donors contribute charitable gifts to sponsor concerts. Individual sponsorship levels are determined by donation amount: Concert Sponsor Levels • Diamond: $10,000 and above — Annual Series Sponsor • Platinum: $5000-9999 • Gold: $3000-4999 • Silver: $1500-2999 • Bronze: $750-1499 Corporate sponsors, $1500 and up, receive a full-page ad in the program booklet and a link to their corporate web- site. All concert sponsors receive special recognition at the concert they sponsor. Other donors contribute, at various levels, to help support the annual operations budget: Donor Levels • Whole Note: $500 and above • Half Note: $300-499 • Quarter Note: $100-299 • Eighth Note: $25-99 Concert sponsors and donors are invited to special events, are listed in the nine monthly program inserts, and are listed on the PAS website. There is an opportunity to designate your donation to a particular area; type the designation into the message box provided during the checkout process The Placitas Artists Series Endowment Fund In order to ensure an enduring legacy of fine music in the Placitas community, PAS created an endowment fund, which is now securely maintained and managed by the Albuquerque Community Foundation. Remember, also, that many companies match gifts to charitable organizations, and that PAS is a qualified organiza- tion for such matching, as well as for tax-free distributions from qualified investment funds.
