"I
am a pastel artist who paints in a fairly traditional style, using
landscape and buildings as my main subjects. Soft pastel on Wallis
Sanded Paper is my first choice. Early on in my life, I was influenced
by the elegance and limited palette of Andrew Wyeth. Add to that a
passion for the pastels of Degas, and the light and dark in the
impressionist paintings and that is where I am now." |
